Hello everyone!
I'm new! Over Xmas I did my first proper jugsaw puzzle, by the name of The Ship's Cat by Ravensburger painted by Geoff Tristram, has anyone on here done it?? Here's more info and a pic:
http://www.ravensburger.com/united_kingdom/products/new/adult_puzzles/cat_conundrums_the_ship_s_cat_500pc_14626/index.html
It was really really fun, you had to concentrate as some bits were quite hard but it was great sense of satisfaction to finish it, I want to do a puzzle every Xmas now!!
The problem is, once you've finished it you have to find 15 nautical names or expressions, 15 hidden cats (we could only see two - one in the window frame decoration and the other the cat o' nine tails?!) and then decode the map etc It's really hard, my gran is good at the crypitic cross word but we couldn't do it, if anyone has done it can they give any tips/clues or even answers!?!
So far we have discovered the name of the ship and cat (we think, written in Spanish above the cat and around the drawing) and whats in the treasure chest (again written in Spanish up the window frame) but for the life of us we can't finish the riddle.. or decode the map..Please help!!!
Thank you,
Sophie
