| Greetings from the Jigsaw Mines beneath Mount Wrekin. I've always been interested in jigsaws but have recently started to collect & complete them with a new enthusiasm and a fair degree of organisation. I'm basically a collector at heart and, in recent years, have been busy collecting books & ephemera related to Terry Pratchett's Discworld. Among this collection I have amassed a small but (I believe) complete collection of Discworld Jigsaws (i.e. 5 Gibsons, 4 Spears, 2 Wentworth & 1 slightly dubious import by Roya). I've also been interested in advertising & packaging designs and had obtained a few jigsaws along this line over the years. However, last Xmas I discovered the Sweet Memories & Shopping Basket series (40s, 50s, 60s & 70s) and these turned out to be the catalyst for my new-found hobby. I have decided to collect jigsaws which advertise food, drink & household products and found a number of (I suspect fairly common) jigsaws that are of interest to me. Among these I have come across a series of puzzles issued by Cadbury's - some of which appear in slightly different formats in their respective standard manufacturers boxes. This has intrigued me and stirred my collecting instincts so I'll hope to use the other sections of the forum to build up a checklist of Cadbury puzzles. The main problem I'm going to have is finding the time to do all the puzzles when I find them. BTW, I've just finished the Cadbury's "Bourneville Works" jigsaw and found it "challenging".
